Budget Monitoring and Enlightenment Toolkit

The Budget Monitoring toolkit was created to fill the knowledge gaps existing within organisations saddled with the responsibility of budget monitoring issues. This toolkit will meet the needs of CSOs, citizens and other organisations by enhancing their ability to work in the area of budget monitoring, transparency and accountability. It will also enable a better understanding of budgeting and budget processes.
